Position: HR Manager (2 position)

Location : Nong Yai Chonburi / Bo Win Chonburi

Salary : 100k - 110k (Nong Yai Chonburi), 40k - 50k (Bo Win, Chonburi)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle employee social security, provident fund, and personal income tax registration, as well as monthly declarations and payments.
  • Regularly verify social security payment details and assist employees in resolving related issues.
  • Develop recruitment plans based on department needs, post job advertisements, and manage the recruitment process (resume screening, interview arrangements, feedback, etc.).
  • Responsible for recruiting and onboarding frontline workers, ensuring timely manpower deployment.
  • Establish and maintain a talent pool, regularly update and optimize recruitment channels.
  • Handle employee onboarding, confirmation, and resignation procedures; establish and manage employee personnel files.
  • Organize regular employee satisfaction surveys, analyze feedback, and propose improvement suggestions.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with HR role at least 1-2 years.
  • Monday - Friday working
  • Can speak, write and read in Chinese
  • Can choose 2 locations (Bowin or Nong Yai Chonburi)
