Job Title: HR Manager

Location: Phasi Charoen, Nong Khaem, Bangkok
Schedule Details: Monday - Saturday (6 Days) from 8.00AM- 5.00PM
Job Purpose:
The HR Manager will oversee all Human Resources functions, This includes implementing HR strategies aligned with business goals, managing daily HR tasks, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies, act as a strategic partner to senior management, and align HR policies with company culture.
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment for office and factory roles, ensure staffing meets business needs, and drive employer branding.
- Employee Relations & Engagement: Foster employee engagement, resolve conflicts, and manage retention initiatives.
- Training & Development: Design and implement training programs to enhance both factory and office team skills and monitor their effectiveness.
- Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll, administer benefits, and ensure salary competitiveness.
- HR Operations: Manage day-to-day HR tasks including records management, workforce planning, and HR system administration.
- Compliance & Labor Laws: Ensure compliance with local regulations, particularly in a factory environment.
Key Qualifications:
- Thai Nationality
- Education: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Experience: 5-7 years of HR management experience, ideally in a manufacturing or factory environment.
- Strong leadership and communication abilities.
- Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Proficient in HR software (HRIS) and MS Office.
- Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and interpersonal skills.
