Main tasks:
- Daily attendance data maintenance of employees
- Attendance exception handling, attendance report statistics, personnel entry, transfer, resignation procedures, employee reward and punishment handling,
- Human resources report declaration and other daily work
Requirements:
- More than 1 year working experience in the manufacturing industry as a HR role.
- Fluently in speaking English (Preferred Chinese Speaking).
- Familiar with staff entry handling, resignation handling, document preparation, report sorting, archiving management and other daily work that related to HR and Administration role.
- Familiar with HR attendance system, proficient in using office software.
- Have good execution ability, communication ability, problem solving ability, learning ability.
- Principled and have a strong sense of responsibility.
Working Hours:
- 6 days per week (8 hours per day)
