HR Supervisor (ER & Recruit)

Responsibilities:

• Task ER 50% + Recruit & Training 20% + other 30%
• The HR Supervisor will oversee the daily operations of the Human Resources department, ensuring efficient and effective HR services are provided. This role involves managing HR staff, implementing HR policies, and supporting employee relations and development.
• Supervise and lead the HR team in daily operations
• Implement and enforce HR policies and procedures.
• Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
• Oversee employee relations, addressing grievances and disciplinary actions.
• Conduct performance reviews and support employee development programs.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
• Maintain HR records and prepare reports as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments to support organizational goals.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Employee Relation, Recruitment and Training.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
• Good command both of Thai and English, TOEIC Score 550 up would be benefits.
• Interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Problem-solving and conflict resolution.
• Organizational and time management.
• Attention to detail, adaptability and flexibility.
