Main responsibilities and duties

  • Be knowledgeable in term of business and program development process to support the main business stakeholder

  • Support the full employee lifecycle for the perimeter of responsibility (from onboarding to exit interviews)

  • Coordinate with the HRBP and HRM of the different countries in case of international assignments

  • Keep a strong focus on the individual development and the career design for the employees in this perimeter, using the company tools to support them in the process

  • Collaborate with functions heads in their organizational design together with HRM and HRD

  • Keep a good working environment and employee engagement being responsive and supportive

  • Implement HR initiatives and specific projects assigned

  • Prepare relevant reports for the management such as Head Count and cost analysis


  • Fluency in both Thai and English, both spoken and written

  • Minimum 7 years' experience in a HR generalist / Business partnering function within an industrial environment

  • Self independent and familarity with Global envirolment & Excellent communication skills.

  • Familiarity with HR systems as Success Factor is a strong plus

  • Bachelor's degree with a specialization in HR or business Management with some experience in automotive would be preferred.
