HR Operations: You will handle day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth functioning of HR processes and policies. This includes managing employee records, maintaining HR systems, and handling employee inquiries and issues.
* Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: You will assist in sourcing and recruiting top talent for the organization, working closely with hiring managers and external recruitment agencies. Additionally, you will play a role in designing and implementing effective onboarding programs for new hires.
* Employee Relations: You will support the HR Manager in fostering positive employee relations by addressing employee concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting a healthy work environment. This involves providing guidance on company policies, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
* Performance Management: You will contribute to the performance management process, assisting in goal-setting, performance reviews, and performance improvement plans. You may also provide guidance and training to managers on effective performance management techniques.
* Learning and Development: You will help identify training needs, coordinate or deliver training programs, and promote continuous learning opportunities to enhance employee skills and capabilities.
* Compensation and Benefits: You will assist in managing compensation and benefits programs, including salary benchmarking, benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations across the APAC region.
* HR Analytics: You will support the HR Manager in collecting and analyzing HR metrics and data to identify trends, develop insights, and make informed recommendations for improving HR strategies and processes.
* Change Management: You will help communicate and facilitate organizational changes, ensuring smooth transitions and managing any associated people-related challenges.
* Compliance and Legal: You will assist in ensuring HR practices and policies comply with local labour laws and regulations in the APAC region. This may involve keeping up-to-date with legal developments, collaborating with legal counsel, and advising on employment law matters.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in an HR generalist role preferably experience with a manufacturing business.
  • Experience with regional or matrix structure organization.
  • Strong knowledge of HR operations as well as HRBR & Recruitment function.
  • Able to see the big picture and manage stakeholders across levels for HR implementation with good influencing and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-starter, proactive and able to priorities tasks.
  • Can work independently since this role does not have direct subordinates.
