HRIS Manager
Responsibilities:
Work closely with Director and Managers to optimize the HRIS process, modules/integrate new projects, and perform diagnostic tests.
Oversee maintaining and updating HRIS up to date and accurate requires.
Serve as a system administrator for HR systems and applications.
Supervise HR programmer to develop and implement new modules/projects for efficient HR management.
Evaluate HR systems to identify points of improvement.
Supports critical system maintenance and operational tasks within the HRIS.
Perform application upgrades, as well as provide training and technical support.
Translate objectives and user needs into clearly written technical requirements.
Analyze HRIS data statistics as assigned.
Candidates must have:
Bachelor's (or Master's) degree in Information Technology, computer sciences, or related fields.
5 years of Software Development, Web Development, System Analysis, and Programming experience are required, any prior experience developing on HRIS scope is an advantage.
Programming using C# with web technologies and frameworks on ASP.NET MVC.
Experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and J Query
Experience in designing database systems with Microsoft SQL
Analytical skills and detail oriented.
Interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work interdependently and as part of a team.
Working day: Mon-Fri 08:30-17:00
