HRIS Manager


Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with Director and Managers to optimize the HRIS process, modules/integrate new projects, and perform diagnostic tests.

  • Oversee maintaining and updating HRIS up to date and accurate requires.

  • Serve as a system administrator for HR systems and applications.

  • Supervise HR programmer to develop and implement new modules/projects for efficient HR management.

  • Evaluate HR systems to identify points of improvement.

  • Supports critical system maintenance and operational tasks within the HRIS.

  • Perform application upgrades, as well as provide training and technical support.

  • Translate objectives and user needs into clearly written technical requirements.

  • Analyze HRIS data statistics as assigned.

Candidates must have:

  • Bachelor's (or Master's) degree in Information Technology, computer sciences, or related fields.

  • 5 years of Software Development, Web Development, System Analysis, and Programming experience are required, any prior experience developing on HRIS scope is an advantage.

  • Programming using C# with web technologies and frameworks on ASP.NET MVC.

  • Experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and J Query

  • Experience in designing database systems with Microsoft SQL

  • Analytical skills and detail oriented.

  • Interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to work interdependently and as part of a team.

Working day: Mon-Fri 08:30-17:00
