Job Description
- Analyze and optimize human resources operations (job structure, workforce allocation, employee recruitment, personnel development, labor relations, employee benefits, etc.) to support long-term growth.
- Monitor labor laws and other relevant information, updating and adapting them to align with the company's needs.
- Implement salary, benefits, and welfare in accordance with the company's policy.
- Manage and advise the HR team to ensure efficient operations and maintain standards.
- Oversee and ensure that salaries, benefits, and welfare comply with the regulations and agreements set by the company.
- Direct and drive the HR department's operations according to the policies, strategies, and operational goals set, including overseeing performance evaluations in line with company policy.
- Set the direction and drive organizational structure development to support strategic plans, personnel allocation into the structure, and recruitment processes to meet workforce needs in line with business plans and growth.
- Define and drive personnel development, focusing on career progression (Career Management), managing talent, succession planning, and internal job rotation.
- Set the direction and act as a close HR advisor to the company's department heads, understanding needs and gaps, and improving work processes as a Strategic Partner.
- Drive and enhance the organization's personnel capability and leadership development in line with strategic needs through training, coaching, and internal learning programs.
- Define and drive HR management in areas such as performance indicators, compensation systems, retention, and operational HR tasks like payroll, employee benefits, and discipline.
- Ensure that HR management complies with relevant laws, rules, and regulations.
- Manage the HR department's budget and ensure operations align with the approved budget.
- Plan, delegate, supervise, and manage HR and administrative functions according to set policies and regulations.
- Oversee employee welfare and labor relations to meet employee needs and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Ensure that HR personnel are trained to maintain a high standard of performance.
- Propose rules, guidelines, and conditions to align operations with current situations and company policies.
