The HRM Manager is responsible for managing the overall human resource functions of the company, including recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Plan and implement the personnel and departmental policies in collaboration with the factory manager and the head of human resources to comply with the company's business ethics and labor laws, including compliance evaluation.
Plan and monitor the overall personnel and develop recruitment functions, including identifying and selecting qualified candidates based on their abilities and qualifications for the position.
Plan and develop effective payroll management to ensure timely and accurate payment of compensation.
Propose activities and compensation plans to create employee engagement and motivation in the workplace.
Manage employee performance to achieve organizational goals.
Be Responsible for rules, laws, and work processes according to job positions, including any special requirements that may be required for the position.
This includes any unique requirements that may be directly related to the position.
Bachelor degree in Business management, Psychology, Human rescues or any other relate filed
Good interpersonal with Leadership material plus ability to work under high pressure
5+ Year working experience in Human Resource position
Experience working in HR position in Factory or Manufacture company is a plus
Ability to communicate will both in Thai and English
Basic knowledge of labor law
Can do attitude
Basic MS package
