Human Resources Manager (HRBP)

Responsibilities:

  • Partnering with the Thailand consulting leader to contribute to the implementation of the business strategy.
  • Supporting, designing, developing, and leading the execution of the unit's people strategy and plans.
  • Understanding and localizing people strategy and practices in Thailand, including designing and implementing HR policies in accordance with labor laws.
  • Providing HR leadership and coaching to managers on employee relations issues.
  • Leading significant HR projects and processes such as succession planning, salary planning, and performance management.
  • Partnering with business leaders to interpret and implement HR policies, practices, and procedures.
  • Ensuring HR metrics are fully reflected in daily people management and meet targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above, with proficiency in spoken and written English.
  • 8+ years of HR general management experience in an MNC, consulting, or BPO industry.
  • General knowledge of HR functions including compensation & benefits, employee relations, staffing, and HR policies.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to resolve talent issues effectively and make sound decisions based on analysis and evaluation.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including executive presentation skills in English.
  • Ability to interface at all levels of an organization, including senior leaders in various functions.
