Job Responsibilities:

  • Can be stationed at: Bang Saphan Noi District, Prachuap Khiri Khan Province.
  • Communicate with employees how to receive services provided and various activities within the organization.
  • Communicate, plan, control and make updates. Manpower to be consistent with policy and strategy.
  • Analyze and determine workforce strategies (Workforce Strategy) for the organization.
  • There is an appropriate amount of workers. and sufficient for future projects/workloads of the organization.
  • Participate in setting policy and various regulations related to work performance.
  • Present policies, plans for improving welfare and compensation.
  • Manage and develop a team Personnel recruitment and welfare.
  • Plan work and manage assets to be in a ready-to-use condition.
  • Summary report on human resource movements for weekly, monthly, and quarterly comparisons.
  • Promote the appropriate use of the company's resources with awareness of the environment. and safety.
  • Create various activities to make employees feel committed to the organization.
  • Report food safety related issues to supervisor.
  • Report safety related problems to supervisor.
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisors or the company.
  • In the case where the person holding the job position is not available, the supervisor will perform the work instead. or assign someone to act on behalf of him as appropriate.


Job Requirement:

  • Male/Female.
  • Age 35-45 years.
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree Human resource management Business administration or other related fields or higher from a government university (such as Kasetsart University, Thammasat University, King Mongkut's Institute of Technology Ladkrabang, etc.).
  • Moer than 6+ years or more experience in human resources, 2 years or more in human resource management.
  • Have knowledge about policy Organizational rules and regulations.
  • Have knowledge about human resource management.
  • Have problem solving skills Analyze data, summarize and present.
  • Have good human relations There is continuous learning and self-improvement.
