Job Title: HR Business Partner - Retail Business
We are seeking an experienced HR business partner to work closely with the regional team in the retail industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to the regional team and ensuring alignment with business objectives. The HR Business Partner will also work closely with the retail leadership team to design, develop, and implement HR initiatives that support business growth and employee engagement.
Partner with the regional team to align HR strategies with business objectives.
Provide guidance and support to the retail leadership team on employee relations, performance management, talent development, and succession planning.
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that comply with local laws and regulations.
Analyze HR metrics and provide insights to the leadership team on trends and opportunities for improvement.
Manage employee engagement initiatives, including employee surveys, town hall meetings, and recognition programs.
Partner with the talent acquisition team to ensure a robust pipeline of talent for the retail business.
A bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field
8+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner in the retail industry
Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to build strong relationships with business leaders and influence decision-making
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
