Human Resource Manager

Key Responsibiltties:

• Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives and support organizational growth during the pre-IPO phase.
• Oversee talent acquisition and recruitment, ensuring a robust workforce capable of supporting the demands of a publicly listed company.
• Manage performance management systems, including setting KPIs, conducting reviews, and leading leadership development programs.
• Design compensation and benefits packages, including employee stock option plans (ESOPs), and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Foster employee relations and engagement, promoting a positive workplace culture and addressing employee concerns.
• Lead training and development initiatives, focusing on upskilling employees and preparing leadership for post-IPO roles.
• Ensure legal compliance and risk management by aligning HR practices with employment laws and IPO-related regulations.
• Support pre-IPO readiness, collaborating with finance and legal teams to align employee compensation and HR processes with IPO standards.
