Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end indirect procurement operations, including material planning, purchasing, inventory control, and distribution across multiple factory sites.
Collaborate with Engineering and Maintenance teams to forecast demand and ensure timely availability of materials and services.
Maintain accurate inventory records at both head office and factory locations using ERP or inventory systems.
Manage procurement of indirect services such as equipment repairs, facility maintenance, and administrative support.
Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality, cost, and delivery standards.
Monitor and report key KPIs including inventory turnover, procurement lead time, and cost efficiency.
Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements; support internal and external audits.
Partner with Finance, Engineering, and Operations teams on budgeting, forecasting, and supply planning.
Conduct regular site visits to align with factory teams on material needs and procurement strategies.
Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in procurement and inventory management in manufacturing or industrial environments.
Solid knowledge of indirect procurement processes, technical materials, and MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations).
Proficient in ERP systems for purchasing and inventory tracking.
Strong communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Willing and able to travel regularly to factory sites in Samut Songkhram and Phetchaburi.
Proven leadership capabilities and team coordination experience.
Experience with vendor contracts, service procurement, and performance evaluation.
Analytical and detail-oriented, with strong cost control and problem-solving abilities.
Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools; good command of English is an advantage.
