  • Key Responsibilities

    • Lead end-to-end indirect procurement operations, including material planning, purchasing, inventory control, and distribution across multiple factory sites.

    • Collaborate with Engineering and Maintenance teams to forecast demand and ensure timely availability of materials and services.

    • Maintain accurate inventory records at both head office and factory locations using ERP or inventory systems.

    • Manage procurement of indirect services such as equipment repairs, facility maintenance, and administrative support.

    • Evaluate supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality, cost, and delivery standards.

    • Monitor and report key KPIs including inventory turnover, procurement lead time, and cost efficiency.

    • Ensure compliance with procurement policies and regulatory requirements; support internal and external audits.

    • Partner with Finance, Engineering, and Operations teams on budgeting, forecasting, and supply planning.

    • Conduct regular site visits to align with factory teams on material needs and procurement strategies.


    Qualifications and Experience

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, Supply Chain, or a related field.

    • At least 5 years of experience in procurement and inventory management in manufacturing or industrial environments.

    • Solid knowledge of indirect procurement processes, technical materials, and MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations).

    • Proficient in ERP systems for purchasing and inventory tracking.

    • Strong communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

    • Willing and able to travel regularly to factory sites in Samut Songkhram and Phetchaburi.

    • Proven leadership capabilities and team coordination experience.

    • Experience with vendor contracts, service procurement, and performance evaluation.

    • Analytical and detail-oriented, with strong cost control and problem-solving abilities.

    • Highly organized with excellent time management skills.

    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and reporting tools; good command of English is an advantage.
