Qualifications:
Report to IT Manager and supervising 3-4 team members of infrastructure.
Plans, organizes, and supervises the activities of the Network.
Evaluates, tests and recommends equipment and software related Network Infrastructure including core switches, edge switches, routers, fiber.
Develops, tests and designs network system and maximizes network performance.
Coordinates, manages and performs the troubleshooting, maintenance, upgrades, inventory and problem-solving activities on network infrastructure hardware and software, servers, and components.
Provides a change control system that will reduce the possibility of network downtime.
Works with Switching, VMware, SAN, Windows Server, Microsoft 365
Performs overall vendor management by negotiating access agreements, establishing service level agreements and ensuring contracts are in place to support the services provided by the infrastructure support team.
Integrates risk management procedures for communications equipment and system throughout the enterprise.
Provides specifications and alternative options regarding Network Infrastructure support options.
Provides tactical and strategic input on overall planning of network infrastructure, servers, and etc.,
