Your Role:

As an Inspector & Business Development Specialist, you will:

• Conduct daily inspections of textile and garment products to ensure top-tier quality.
• Provide real-time feedback and resolve quality issues on the spot.
• Ensure inspection processes meet international standards and train new inspectors.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and identify new business opportunities.
• Analyze market trends and assess Myanmar's textile industry landscape.
• Streamline operations to improve efficiency and responsiveness.
• Serve as the direct point of contact for clients, strengthening long-term relationships.

Requirements

• Experience in product inspection and quality control, preferably in textiles or garments
• Strong understanding of inspection procedures and international quality standards
• Ability to train and guide junior inspectors
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinking and business development experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with Myanmar's market and business culture
• Proven sales and negotiation skills
