Internal Audit Specialist

What You'll Do:

• Develop and maintain the Risk Control Matrix (RCM) to manage key business risks.

• Review and enhance the internal audit process to boost efficiency and compliance.

• Conduct independent audits and analyses across various business functions.

• Collaborate with departments to identify and resolve process gaps and operational issues.

• Lead training sessions to raise awareness of internal audit practices.

• Exposure to Financial Statement Closing Process (FSCP) and Tax Management is a plus.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or Business Administration.

• 1-2 years of experience in audit or accounting roles.

• Strong English communication skills.

• Candidates with Big 4 external audit experience will be highly valued.

• Male or female candidates under 30 years old.
