Internal Audit Specialist

What You'll Do:

• Develop and manage the Risk Control Matrix (RCM) to track key business risks.
• Review and improve our internal audit process for better compliance and efficiency.
• Conduct independent audits across different departments.
• Work with teams to fix process gaps and improve operations.
• Lead training sessions to promote audit awareness.
• Exposure to financial closing and tax processes is a plus.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, or related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in audit or accounting.
• Good English communication skills.
• Experience with a Big 4 audit firm is a big plus.
