Responsibilities:

  • Ensure smooth operation of IT system and accurate result to ensure satisfaction with business requirement.

  • Be responsible for System, Network and Workstation Administration, Installation and Configuration by following the group standard policy.

  • Operate for secure department equipment and facilities. Evaluate IT equipment including backup and determine viability for the IT section and the company.

  • Ensures that information security/assurance policies, principles, practices are an integral element of the operating environment.

  • Ensure high availability of all IT infrastructure on site.

  • Manage, organize and establish the IT team on site.

  • Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults replace parts as required in coordination of service desk.

  • Manage virtualization (such as VMWare system, HyperV, Azure, AWS) and SAN storage

  • Implement TCP/IP Network, LAN/WAN, Switch, IP Phone (Cisco, 3CX)

  • Study and deploy of collaborative solutions (Microsoft platform, workstation policy, etc.,) with standard and compliancy from Employee Services team (ex. PCS).

  • Implement and manage cybersecurity tools (McAfee, Kaspersky, Cortex, etc.,)

  • Prioritize and manage many open cases at one time in the ticketing system.

  • Support and Work on Global Infrastructure roll-out project to implement Group IT Standard.

  • Manage and maintain Servers, Computer and Software inventories and Licenses costs per Department.

  • Be the Interface between users and EMEA IT infrastructure.

  • Be the point of contact for any IT related projects (especially RELIEF project, Robustifeye, etc.,) coming from the central team and business requirement.

  • Coordinate & Communicate all IT related for Frame and Lens business topics with internal and external resources.


Must have

  • Bachelor degree in Computer science, Computer Engineering, IT or any related field

  • Good working knowledge of English communication skills (read, write, speak with ease)

  • Minimum 7 years experienced in IT/MIS functions from multi-national companies

  • More than 2 years in management level

  • Good project management, people management, change management skills and experience with multiple stakeholders.

  • Knowledge or experience in virtualization and SAN storage

  • Experience in TCP/IP Network, LAN/WAN, Switch, IP Phone (Cisco, 3CX)

  • Experience in cybersecurity tools.

  • Ability to work independently and in team reaching high levels of productivity

  • Willing to travel between Rayong, Chonburi and Bangkok sometime during the transition period

  • Strong driving skill with a valid driver's license.
