POSITION: IT infrastructure support engineer, Based in Bangkok
QUALIFICATIONS:
Diploma or Bachelor degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, Business Computer, or related field.
5 - 10 years of experience as IT Technical/Helpdesk support engineer.
Have skills of installation, configuration and troubleshooting of popular Operating system and popular desktop software.
Ability to solve hardware issues.
Knowledge of Windows servers, VMware and Network are advantages.
Good English communication skills.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Prepare and troubleshoot laptop/Desktop PC, peripherals and software for internal users
Regularly monitor the status of It infrastructure and report the issue when they are found.
Controlling the borrowing/returning of common it equipment
Implement and administrate internal infrastructure such as servers (Include VM) and network.
