IT Operation and Maintenance Engineer: Team Leader

Requirement

1. English interview is a must or Chinese Interview if the candidate can speak Chinese
2. Has experiences following the requirements below (Working in Data Center is a must)
3. Chinese speaking is advantage

Remark
Yearly contract but renew every year.

Job Description

1. Work under Alibaba, onsite at GSA Data Center
2. Respond to incidents and execute work orders, including ad hoc work, in accordance with service SLA requirements.
3. Must have the ability to independently complete all work orders according to SOP and work order requirements and have your own insights and continuous optimization on SOP process formulation, quality control and efficiency improvement.
4. Must be familiar with project management tools and methods, and have the ability to coordinate projects, optimize project processes, and achieve or exceed expected delivery.
5. Must have the ability to identify potential risks, control risks, and continuously optimize the EOP process.
6. Complete other related work included in the "Service Contract", "Outsourcing Requirements Specification" and the attachments.

Qualification

1. Bachelor's degree in computer Engineer, Computer Science, Information Technology. or related fields.
2. 3-5 years of experience with experiences in working in Data Center is a must.
3. Chinese speaking is advantage.
4. Computer room operation and maintenance skills, some understanding of IT infrastructure, team management, communication and collaboration.
5. Team management and project coordination skills.
6. Communication skills: Clear and logical expression, polite listening
7. Collaboration: Team spirit, mutual complementation and assistance
8. Management capabilities: Team management and project coordination skills
9. Foreign language skills: Local language + English, or local language + Chinese
