- Manage the team of Application Developer, Application Support, System Support, and Infrastructure.
- Manage for both IT Operations and Project management which representative as PMO for multiple projects (current and new for new technology products & application.)
- Control and monitor for General IT process / practices such as Investigating, diagnosing and troubleshoot all issues, participate in research and system application needs to visualize any problems for users, provide assistance to customers or clients regarding the using of various software applications etc.
- Contact, collaboration and report with headquarter about IT works, also participate in business wide meeting to provide insight into technical requirements.
- Work closely with global HQ, Internal teams and vendors to manage versioning and transition in project management for development and test to production and support phase.
- Present regular project updates to IT management as appropriate, throughout the project lifecycle.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Other IT related fields.
- 8 - 12 years experiences in IT operations and project management.
- Proven skills in software development and system support.
- Experience in CRM, ERP, SAP, WMS, TMS.
- Experience in Microsoft products such as Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, Power BI is a plus.
- English skills. (reading/writing/listening/speaking)
