• Investigate and report on recommendations for improvements in system security.
• Install , Triobleshoot, and set up new computers, laptops, routers, printers and wireless networks.
• Identify bugs in system and advise programmers
• Assess and maintain best Internet plans for all sites.
• Install and configure software and computer systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with software or hardware.
• Walk colleagues through steps to help them resolve their technical problems.
• Maintain procedures and reports that provide technical support to the entire organization.
• Analyze records and logs to spot underlying trends and potential issues.
• Implementation of new solutions or applications.
• Establish accounts for new users and assist with password or login problems.
• Test, evaluate, and report to Global Head of IT about new technology for the business proposal
• Participate in business-wide meetings to provide insight into technical requirements.
• Coordinate between Global HQ IT Team and Thailand SAP users for all modules; Purchasing, Supply Chain, Quality and Manufacturing, Maintenance, and inventory/WH management.
