IT Test Lead

​Qualifications:

Personal development:

• To ensure own responsibility for personal development areas and agree appropriate opportunities with your line manager.

• Essential Skills

• Good knowledge of an ERP, such as MS Dynamics software packages.

• Good understanding of defect & testing tools, such as Jira and Zephyr.

• Good Microsoft Office skills

• Desirable Skills

• Good test automation scripting skills, in tools such as Selenium, Egg Plant, Load Runner and Protractor

Essential Knowledge

• Knowledge and experience of Microsoft packages, including Project, PowerPoint, Word and Excel

• Strong communications skills, both written and verbal

• English Language is a must, other languages desirable

Desirable Knowledge

• Knowledge Microsoft Dynamics Applications

• Experience

• Solid test management background within a fast-paced business with experience using multiple testing technologies.

• Defining a test strategy including test approach, test data management and environments.

• Functional test planning, preparation and execution including experience of test design techniques.

• Managing and executing non-functional tests such as load testing, penetration testing and UI testing.

• Leading and managing a distributed team of test analysts.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management and written English skills.

• Working with Agile and Waterfall delivery processes.

• Working knowledge of one or more source configuration management and defect tracking systems.

• Strong functional understanding of common retail and e-commerce systems.

• Confident manner in giving presentations and workshops.

• We are expecting that the candidate will have, as a minimum a Degree or equivalent

• Our client has International offices and there will be a requirement from time to time to visit these sites, depending on the specific project requirements.
