Kaizen Manager

The role mainly responsible for KAIZEN activities and project to improve all processes of both production and back office such as 5S, Engineering, Standard Operating Procedures, Productivity, Safety, HR, etc

This succesful candidate will supporting high level management and other management team.

Job Description:
・Strategic KAIZEN plan from scratch to implement with checking and review progress
・Make KAIZEN project reports to Japanese President and Regional HQ
・Closely work with each department Manager, support KAIZEN activity
・Other assignments from Japanese President

The first assignment project will be "5S" KAIZEN activity
