Legal Manager

Responsibilities:

• Provide a broad rang of commercial legal support to the business

• Handle all of legal issues in company

•Help to resolve legal disputes and advise on a wide range of legal issues

• Implement policy, procedures and compliance frameworks

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Law

• Solid legal experience

• Strong experience to draft, review and understand of contract law, business law and other law relevant to logistic business

• Excellent drafting skills and high commercial acumen.

• Mature, hands-on, and result-oriented with professional business acumen

• Good command of English
