Logistic Quality Engineer

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• Basic understanding of manufacturing plant operation
• Quality management experience in quality (QMM) or manufacturing (MOE) team preferred
• Production (or logistics) process engineering and improvement background preferred
• Good communication in English and can work with cross functional team.

Responsible:

• Quality Monitoring, Logistics Quality Report
• Supports in usage of Advanced Quality Planning (AQP) methods (e.g. LOG-FMEA)
• Operations Complaint Management Customer, LSP and Supplier
• Formal Customer contact via Plant/QMM | Direct contact Plant/LOQ to OEM/LOG possible
• LOG FMEA (Set up standard WI and moderate with LOG-FMEA line walk, Updating LOG-FMEA)
• 8D methods for sustainable measures
• Problem Solving on site and Lessons Learned
• Standardization and process conformity on site
• Preparation and accompaniment of internal/external audits
• Check and evaluating new /changed CDs/ISO, IATF, QM requirements
• Contact for QM and implementation of QM-requirements
• Logistic projects with customers / suppliers for reduction of complaints
