Our client, a leading Chinese electric vehicle manufacturer with a growing presence in Thailand, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Logistics Specialist to join their team in Samut Prakan. This position plays a key role in managing the end-to-end logistics operations to support smooth manufacturing and distribution processes. The Logistics Specialist will coordinate with both local and international stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery, cost efficiency, and compliance with internal and external requirements.

Job Description:

• Plan logistics strategies in advance to align with the company's strategic goals. Develop strategic directions and oversee logistics operations to ensure legal compliance and cost efficiency. Establish and continuously improve the logistics service provider management system.
• Develop a customs compliance system, implement processes in accordance with AEO (Authorized Economic Operator) requirements, and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure company-wide customs compliance. Manage the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of customs systems.
• Coordinate with government authorities, such as customs, to ensure all necessary import-export documentation is prepared and processed in support of business operations.
• Accurately classify customs tariff codes for raw materials and goods to ensure legal compliance in export declarations.
• Oversee the accuracy and timeliness of customs declarations, clearance documentation, and product classification. Continuously improve related processes and standardize operating procedures for each step.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in International Trade, Logistics, or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in international trade or import-export operations
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
