- Controlling Import & Export LCL/FCL/Bulk shipment.
- Quotation control (compare quotation for Import & Export shipment).
- Check billing from forwarder and transportation to ensure that cost is same as quotation, credit note, requisition, purchase order, time sheet, etc.
- Coordinating with both internal (Production, Planning, Sales) & external (Forwarder, Shipping, Custom) parties.
- Resolving problems with transportation, logistics, imports and exports or customer issues.
- Analyze causes of accident, provide the corrective action and approve accident report.
- Giving advice to customers for special export packing securing & design.
- Review the necessity of equipment, materials, and tools to support the operations team.
- Manage Export-Import shipment with necessary privileges.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Logistics or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of Logistics, Import-Export Documentations.
- Good understanding of BOI and Free Zone privileges.
- Good understanding of Customs clearance imports and export processes.
