Position : Maintenance Engineer

Location : Chonburi (or Rayong)

Responsibilities:

Plan and oversee implementation of Machining maintenance management system.
Ensure maintenance tasks (preventive, corrective and breakdown maintenance) and calibrations are carried out with high quality within target and suitable time.
Provide maintenance breakdown support for production machines and try as much as possible to reduce machine failure duration.
Identify new work as a consequence of breakdown repairs and complete work.
Manage and control the inventory management and procurement of spare parts, consumables and tools.
Propose improvement or development work, implement once work has been approved.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related field
Experience in 3-axis & 5-AIXS Machining Maintenance function with strengths in PM schedules and maintenance activities
Knowledge in CNC, PLC, power drives, hydraulic, pneumatic
Well understanding of Machining drawings and principles
Good in English
