Responsibilities:

  • Develop and follow maintenance strategies, policies, and procedures to keep equipment and facilities working well.
  • Plan and schedule maintenance tasks, like inspections and repairs, to reduce downtime and increase efficiency.
  • Coordinate and prioritize maintenance work based on urgency, importance, and available resources.
  • Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, providing guidance and training for effective maintenance work.
  • Regularly check equipment and facilities for potential issues, safety hazards, or areas that can be improved.
  • Work with other departments, like production and engineering, to coordinate maintenance work and ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage the maintenance budget, controlling costs and making the best use of resources.
  • Hire external contractors or vendors for specialized maintenance services when needed.
  • Keep accurate maintenance records, including work orders, equipment history, and inventory of spare parts and supplies.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and promote a culture of safety within the maintenance team.
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and new technologies in maintenance management.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is preferred, although equivalent experience will be considered.
  • Proficency in Thai language.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Experienced in RCA, FMEA, and Preumatic system.
  • Preferably in a manufacturing, industrial, or facility management environment.
  • Strong knowledge of maintenance principles, practices, and techniques.
  • Solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations applicable to maintenance operations.

Location: Relocate to Cambodia (3 hours drive from Bangkok)
