Management Trainee (Minimum 6 months in Taiwan)

What you will do:

1. Team performance evaluation. Set key performance indicators. Implement Sales & Marketing strategies.
2. Training and development. Set training goals. Implementing training and development programs. Monitor results.
3. Support company distributor acquisition program. Find and manage key distributors in assigned areas.
4. Supporting administrative tasks assigned.

What you will bring:

1. Bachelor's degree or above (Proof of High academic achievement)
2. Graduated from Chulalongkorn University, Mahidol University, or Thammasat University
3. At least one (1) years of work experience
4. Sales & Marketing, Training & Development experience is a PLUS!
5. Excellent written and communication skills in English or Mandarin (Pick one)
6. Willing to relocate (At least half a year of training in Taiwan)
