Key Responsibilities:
- Solution Roadmap Development:
- Lead the development and implementation of solution roadmaps to ensure successful technology introductions throughout the organization and with external customers.
- IT Policy and Procedure Management:
- Design and enforce IT procedures and policies within the IT organization, working closely with the IT management team for consistent execution across all Thai Wah sites.
- Application and Digital Asset Management:
- Proficiency in SAP FICO, MM, PP, QM, SD, PM and keen on SAP BASIS is plus.
- Oversee all applications and digital assets for Thai Wah sites, including the control of licenses and architecture inventory. This encompasses applications such as SAP, PeopleStrong, Coupa, and RPA for Finance and Accounting, among others.
- IT SLA and Vendor Management:
- Develop IT Service Level Agreements (SLAs) in alignment with key business stakeholders and manage IT Application operation Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Be responsible for IT vendor and contract management, ensuring regular vendor assessments.
- Solution Compatibility:
- Collaborate with architecture and operations teams to ensure solution compatibility with company standards.
- Access Management and Compliance:
- Support and advise business units in implementing and controlling access management for applications and digital assets.
- Manage and control IT compliance and risk for all applications and digital assets, collaborating with the enterprise architecture team to mitigate risks.
- Performance Assessment and Incident Management:
- Review and assess application usage, performance, value proposition, and user satisfaction in a timely manner.
- Lead incident and problem management for applications.
- Ensure data handling, transfer, and processing adhere to legal and company guidelines.
- Stakeholder Support and Cost Control:
- Strong multiple stake holder management in multiple projects.
- Provide support and guidance to stakeholders as a trusted application and digital advisor.
- Control costs and budgets related to IT applications and digital assets.
- IT Project Leadership:
- Lead all IT projects and change management efforts related to applications and digital assets.
- Solid project management competency and have proven multiple projects management simultaneously skill.
- People Development:
- Develop and execute a people development plan based on job roles and career paths.
- Technology Integration:
- Plan and integrate new technologies to enhance Thai Wah's architecture in alignment with technology trends and organizational strategy.
- Ad-Hoc Responsibilities:
- Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (B.Sc./BA) in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a relevant field.
- Proven experience in IT application management, IT Business Partnering, or Digital Transformation with more than 15 years of experience in the field.
- Experience in developing and executing strategic plans, application and project portfolios, and roadmaps.
- Full lifecycle SAP implementation experience (FICO, MM, PP, QM, SD, PM) with ABAP experience is essential.
- Advanced knowledge of enterprise applications and digital technologies, including Big Data, BI, AI, RPA, ML, AR, VR, and IoT.
- Strong project management and change management skills.
- Strong analytical skills, including an understanding of business economics and financial resources.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
