Responsbilities

• In charge of overseeing the business, including profit and loss management

• Translate strategic objectives into tangible actions by creating execution plans with measurable goals that are disseminated throughout the organization for effective implementation.
• Guide commercial and functional teams in conducting business operations ethically and efficiently. Provide necessary guidance, tools, and support to ensure team members meet company targets.
• Monitor sales and operational performance closely, analyze data, and take timely measures to ensure goal attainment. Explore and pursue new business opportunities and channels for expansion.
• Cultivate talent and foster a high-performing team.
• Facilitate effective recruitment processes, streamline onboarding procedures for new hires, and implement programs for their development and retention.
