Managing Director - Food Manufacturing Industry
Location: Bangkok, Thailand
Reporting to: Group Executive Chairman / Board of Directors

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic direction and overall performance of the organization across multiple business functions, including commercial, production, and operations.
• Oversee and drive integrated business strategies that align with long-term growth objectives, balancing market competitiveness with operational efficiency.
• Ensure effective execution across:
• Commercial - sales, marketing, product development, and business partnerships.
• Production - manufacturing efficiency, quality assurance, and process improvement.
• Operations - supply chain, finance, HR, compliance, and day-to-day management systems.

• Develop and empower senior leadership teams, promoting a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Act as the key representative of the company with external stakeholders, including partners, regulators, and industry bodies.
• Lead change management initiatives and drive innovation to respond to evolving market and operational demands.
• Monitor performance KPIs, identify risks and opportunities, and ensure sustainable profitability and brand integrity.

  Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Food Science, or related fields (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of executive-level experience, ideally with a background in factory operations or manufacturing environments.
  • Proven track record in both strategic leadership and hands-on operational management, preferably in consumer goods, manufacturing, or related sectors.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to manage complexity across commercial and operational domains.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing cross-functional and/or cross-border teams is a plus.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in English and Thai ; other languages are advantageous depending on the regional scope of operations.
