Job Description:

  • Spearheading the overall management of the marketing department, including the evaluation and development of our marketing strategy and plans to meet financial and business objectives.
  • Crafting highly competitive business strategies for all digital businesses and brands to ensure market relevance and success.
  • Establishing brand awareness, positioning, and supporting sales and lead generation initiatives.
  • Taking ownership of creating comprehensive marketing plans, defining optimal marketing mixes, driving growth through innovation, managing marketing budgets, implementing and executing marketing campaigns, analyzing performance, and continuously optimizing strategies.
  • Directing the social media marketing strategy and content marketing efforts, while identifying and targeting potential customers.
  • Proactively enhancing the offerings of all digital businesses and staying updated on the latest consumer trends and technological advancements in marketing.
  • Supervising and overseeing all digital activities, including websites, applications, e-commerce platforms, and social media channels.
  • Managing projects and monitoring and interpreting digital analytics to inform decision-making.
  • Generating and delivering marketing reports and analyses to executives, providing insights into performance and opportunities.
  • Consistently facilitating team development and skill enhancement to ensure optimal team performance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field. Master's degree or additional certifications in Marketing are preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing roles, with at least 2 years of experience in a managerial or leadership position.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and tactics, including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data and metrics to assess performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities with experience in managing and mentoring a team of marketing professionals to achieve goals and objectives.
  • Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively convey complex ideas and strategies to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to develop innovative solutions to marketing challenges and capitalize on opportunities.
