Responsibilities

  • Drive for development and execution of marketing strategies for a wide range of medical devices.
  • Expand business through sales and marketing activities, managing distribution partners.
  • Organize & spearhead events, i.e. monthly training, hospital in-service meeting and/or peer-to-peer workshops
  • KOL Building and network of doctor related to our products through engagement activities in Strategic Markets
  • Understand & map Public Hospitals buying process and reimbursement schemes across strategic markets
  • Work with Internal Teams to develop standardize materials to drive in-service specialty targeting
  • Continuously improve product knowledge and selling related skills, to provide better value add to customers that differentiates and updating from competitors
  • Conduct Market Surveys for market sizing and collect various data reports from channel partners as required by the organization
  • Understand the competitive landscape and be the on-the-ground market intelligence health products
  • Share best practices within the organization and participate in organizational activities
  • Develop, maintain and strengthen long term favorable customer relationships with various stakeholders in important accounts together with Channel Partners and Sales Teams
  • Team work to achieve individual and team's goals - work with internal and external partners - to be able to serve customers


Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacist, Business Administration or Marketing or any field.
  • Healthcare background
  • Experience in Medical Devices Industry or professional experience in healthcare products.
  • Good verbal and written English communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong team player and able to work independently
  • Keen understanding of engaging Distributor Markets & Distributor Sales Teams
  • Leverage on good product and clinical skills to gain In Market Insights
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in dynamic work environment independently while taking ownership & work with ambiguity
  • Embraces out-of-the-box thinking in engaging and challenging teams when looking at challenges and opportunities
