Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Marketing Manager with a knack for data-driven decision-making to enhance our lead generation and client relationship management. Teh role emphasizes marketing data analysis to produce high-quality leads, manage customer relationships effectively and oversee strategic communications.

Key Responsibilities:


1. Develop and lead target marketing campaigns across various channels to augment lead generation and brand awareness
2. Utilize analytics to scrutinize campaign outcomes, identify effective segments, and optimize future marketing strategies.
3. Leverage CRM tools and data insights to understand customer behaviors and predict future trends, enhancing the quality of sales-qualified leads (SQLs).
4. Enhance client engagement through effective communication strategies and tailored marketing initiatives, ensuring client needs are met.
5. Use customer data to personalize interactions and build stronger relations, increasing client retention and satisfaction.
6. Execute integrated communication plans aligning with both regional aims and local market characteristics.
7. Manage external agencies, media partners, and internal stakeholder relations to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all platforms.
8. Direct and nurture a team of marketing professionals promoting a culture of innovation and collaborative problem solving.
9. Organize and ensure the execution of marketing projects within allotted budgets and timelines.


Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of professional experience in marketing with a focus on date analysis, lead generation, and CRM.
  • Proficient in the use of digital marketing tools, CRM platforms, and analytics software.
  • Demonstrated ability in handling Interated marketing strategies, optimizing lead nurturing practices, and managing corporate communication.
  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to turn insights into executable strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Thai.
