Overview:
An established and fast-growing FMCG company is looking for an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives for its OTC (Over-the-Counter) product portfolio. This is a critical role responsible for driving brand growth, consumer engagement, and market share in a competitive category.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales for OTC products.

  • Lead the execution of 360-degree marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and in-store channels.

  • Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.

  • Oversee product positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans in collaboration with sales and regulatory teams.

  • Manage external agencies (creative, media, PR) and internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and performance.

  • Monitor campaign ROI, track KPIs, and optimize based on data-driven insights.

  • Support new product launches and lifecycle marketing initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of marketing experience within FMCG, with a strong focus on OTC healthcare or personal care products.

  • Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks and marketing compliance for OTC categories.

  • Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking, with proven success in brand-building.

  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.

  • Familiarity with consumer insights, digital marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
