Overview:
An established and fast-growing FMCG company is looking for an experienced and strategic Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives for its OTC (Over-the-Counter) product portfolio. This is a critical role responsible for driving brand growth, consumer engagement, and market share in a competitive category.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and sales for OTC products.
Lead the execution of 360-degree marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and in-store channels.
Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Oversee product positioning, pricing strategies, and go-to-market plans in collaboration with sales and regulatory teams.
Manage external agencies (creative, media, PR) and internal stakeholders to ensure brand consistency and performance.
Monitor campaign ROI, track KPIs, and optimize based on data-driven insights.
Support new product launches and lifecycle marketing initiatives.
Requirements:
5+ years of marketing experience within FMCG, with a strong focus on OTC healthcare or personal care products.
Solid understanding of regulatory frameworks and marketing compliance for OTC categories.
Strong commercial acumen and strategic thinking, with proven success in brand-building.
Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
Familiarity with consumer insights, digital marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
