Main Responsibilities
- To develop and direct the Marketing team (including online& offline marketing issue) at COMPANY.
- To develop and support the entire marketing plan, implement and manage an effective marketing strategy for the business.
- To create and manage of agreed annual marketing plans with proper budget
- To maintain brand values and CI guidelines and ensure they are used wisely throughout the business.
- To ensure a Marketing Plan is documented, accurate and complete throughout the year.
- To ensure company marketing spend is reported accurately and remains within agreed budget guidelines.
- To take central responsibility for all marketing programmes from each department, ensuring the campaigns are accurate and their success is measured and recorded;
- To plan, propose and initiate timely advertising and PR and digital media campaigns.
- To forecast number of enquiries each marketing activity is going to generate.
- To monitor and measure the success of every campaign.
- To utilize full suite of marketing tools available to each brand and recommend appropriate use of all advertising media including, direct mail, POS, PR, internet and launches, marketing events.
- To develop ideas and propositions to boost sales.
- To recruit potential marketing experts, to train, guide marketing team and to enhance Marketing division for further growth.
Requirement - Bachelor's Degree in Sales and Marketing or other related field;
- At least 4 year of experience in marketing;
- Be passionate about the brands;
- Strong in communication skills;
- Good in innovative creative professional;
- Experienced in skincare, cosmetics products.
- Good English skills, Chinese will be a plus.
