Develop and implement marketing strategy, marketing optimisation,
Plan and execute the marketing strategies plan focusing on all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns
Create marketing brief and plan content for all channel.
Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
Collaborate with internal teams to create brand awareness and optimize user experience
Coordinate with advertising and media experts to improve marketing results
Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
Coordinate with the sales team and other departments to produce effective strategies
Coordinate with influencers to promote product and branding.
Managing Sales Out, Cost & budget control etc.
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in marketing or relevant field.
A minimum of 5 years' experience in a digital marketing with retail business
In-depth knowledge of various social media platforms, best practices, and website analytics
Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing.
