Responsible for implementing a comprehensive marketing, communications and public relations program that will most effectively communicate the Day's brand with a focus on increasing sales.
Facilitate effective and efficient communication to our customers and potential customers of the distinguishing characteristics of Jewelry, our products and services from that of the competitors.
Ensure articulation of company's Jewelers brand (desired image and position), assure consistent communication of the company's brand throughout the company both internally and externally.
Coordinate media interest in company's Jewelers and ensure regular contact with target media and appropriate response to media requests.
Coordinate the production of and oversee the appearance of all company jewelry print and electronic marketing materials.
Support and help facilitate the creation of content for website, social media and blogs.
Facilitate creation and design of POP materials, including show window design, banners, signs, etc.
Collaborate with V.P. of Marketing to implement market research as deemed advantageous.
Regularly provide marketing support and collaborate with Store Operations, Human Resources, Finance, IT, Production and the Merchandising Department.
Create an institutional and system-wide marketing reporting function that can track, measure and analyze performance.
Ensure all marketing communications are coordinated, support marketing plan objectives and are an effective expenditure of resources.
Prepare presentations to explain the company's current and future strategies.
Ensure marketing expenditures are within constraints of Marketing Department budget.
Qualification
At least 10 years' experience in the marketing field
Proficient in English (speaking,reading,writing)
Experience/knowledge in the jewelry business
skills in communicating and coordinating with relevant departments
Strongly in English Communication (Speacking & Writing)
