Marketing Manager
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly creative and data-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our marketing efforts for a portfolio of shopping center and office properties. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for overseeing a diverse marketing team, including event marketers, digital marketers, and graphic designers. This role requires a strategic thinker, a strong leader, and someone who can develop and execute effective marketing strategies to enhance property visibility, engage tenants, and drive foot traffic.

Qualifications:

- Proven track record in developing effective marketing strategies for properties like shopping malls or commercial complexes.
- Experience collaborating with tenants to address their specific marketing needs and enhance property performance.
- Up-to-date knowledge of market trends and industry developments impacting the property sector.
- Demonstrated success in driving foot traffic, increasing tenant occupancy rates, and optimizing property performance.
- Strong interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with property stakeholders and external vendors.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
