Job Description :
- To take care of the customers in responsible business area
- To regularly visit the existing customers in order to maintain the good relationship as well as to gather their information on investment and financial policy
- To study general information and financial situation of prospective customers
- To visit the prospective customers in order to promote leasing business and company's reputation
- To visit the suppliers in order to maintain the good relationship, promote leasing business and seek for the business partners
- To discuss and propose the quotation to customers
- To follow up situation of quotation from customers to close sales
- To follow up situation of the Notice of Expiration from customers
- To gather all necessary documents from customers for credit approval
- To coordinate with all internal departments in order to complete each transaction and solve the occurred problems
- To negotiate, coordinate and cooperate with suppliers in order to determine the specification of leased asset, the starting date of the agreement and due payment.
- To service and assist customers of each requirement
- To prepare quotations, applications and agreements from new "LAMP" systems.
- To cooperate the Marketing Promotion members to flow on process efficiency.
- To prepare monthly commission report to Management
- Other duties assigned by Department Supervisors and Management
Requirements :
- Male & Female
- Bachelor or higher in Marketing or any fileds
- B-to-B Sales Experience minimum 2 years (advantage) Leasing, Bank, Financial Service General Trading, import & export
- English : Communication - Intermediate Level
- Have driving license, and able to drive company's car to visit clients
