Job Purpose
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Product Owner (Marketing) to lead cross-functional marketing projects in a fast-growing aesthetic and beauty procedure clinic. The ideal candidate will adopt the Scrum methodology to ensure project success and alignment with business goals, while delivering outstanding client and team experiences.


Job Responsibilities
Project Leadership & Execution

  • Act as the Product Owner for all marketing-related initiatives, ensuring effective and timely execution.
  • Implement and operate under the Scrum framework with structured project timelines and communication.
  • Manage project documentation and progress updates using platforms such as Workplace or equivalent tools.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including content creators, designers, and medical advisors.

Team & Stakeholder Collaboration

  • Communicate marketing goals and strategies clearly across internal teams.
  • Facilitate project meetings and retrospectives to resolve roadblocks and drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and clinic services, highlighting beauty innovations and patient experience.

Performance & Impact Measurement

  • Monitor and improve Net Promoter Score (NPS) from both clients and internal teams.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to inform product positioning and campaign planning.
  • Evaluate campaign outcomes and suggest enhancements based on data insights and feedback.


Organizational Involvement

  • Contribute to the improvement of workflow systems and encourage innovation within the marketing team.
  • Support internal upskilling and foster a learning culture through knowledge sharing and mentorship.
  • Promote cost-efficiency in line with company budget targets.
  • Ensure compliance and integration with broader organizational policies and brand tone.

Job Qualifications

  • Age: 27 years and above.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in marketing, brand, or project management, preferably in beauty, aesthetics, or health & wellness industry.
  • Hands-on experience with strategic planning and campaign execution.
  • Strong leadership and ability to motivate cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a client-centric mindset.
  • Analytical and creative thinking for data-driven marketing and competitor analysis.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of professionalism and a well-groomed appearance.
