Key Responsibility
Overseeing the daily operations of a cannabis farm, including the cultivation, maintenance, propagation, harvesting, and drying.
Developing a cultivation plan and assigning duties to growers.
Organizing the transplanting and cloning processes of plants.
Checking existing crops for diseases and resolving any plant health issues.
Ensuring that the cannabis plant's growth requirements, such as lighting, nutrients, and environmental parameters, are consistently.
Managing the inventory of the farm's cannabis production, such as chemicals, tools, equipment and HVAC systems.
Managing the cultivation budget to ensure production targets are met.
Developing SOPs and ensuring the procedures are complied with the state cannabis policies.
Ensuring the quality of cannabis raw material are met the GACP and PIC/s GMP standard.
Reporting the daily work and problems to Head of Cultivation.
Qualification
A Master's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Plant Physiology, Botany or a related field.
A minimum of 3-year-experiences working as a master grower or greenhouse cultivation field.
No criminal record.
Good knowledge of GACP.
Exceptional knowledge of Plant Physiology, Plant Nutrition and Cannabis cultivation.
Excellent knowledge of soilless/hydroponic cultivation method as well as ability to calculate the nutrient formula.
A solution-driven attitude and good analytical skills.
Good command and written in English language.
Great leadership with communication skill and problem-solving skill.
Ability to do manual labor and work for long hours.
Willingness to stay on top of current cannabis farming trends.
