Job description:
- Materials planning for overseas components, firm & forecast order release and control, ERP program coordinating & operation, production planning, Optimized inventory level maintenance, analysis, materials flow improvement activity (internal flow), transportation company management, inventory counting analysis and report-out.
- Planning and order release for overseas parts.
- Supplier scheduling and efficient communication.
- Production planning for mass-production and service.
- On-time Delivery from the suppliers.
- ERP system coordination.
- Inventory level control.
- Transportation Control.
- Implementation efficient materials management for overseas parts.
- Delivery control of overseas suppliers.
- ERP for material planning function.
- Production planning and management.
- Idea generation for internal materials flow improvement (Floor and Warehouse)
- Coordination of change management item.
- Supporting pilot production and starting on-going operation within due date.
- Maintenance of target Inventory level for overseas parts.
- Inventory audit analysis and report-out.
- Transportation company control.
- Packaging review for overseas parts.
- Evaluation of delivery performance for overseas suppliers.
- Claim to overseas suppliers.
- Comply with safety rules and procedures.
- Responsible for his/her safety and attending safety trainings.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree major in Business Administration, Engineering or related field, CPIM is preferred.
- 5-7 experiences in Material Planning and order release for overseas parts, supplier scheduling (oversea & local suppliers), material & production planning, inventory control, transportation control, ERP Coordinator.
- Proven experience from automotive (Preferred International firm)
- Good English communication skills (7-8/10) and skills in SAP is a very plus .
- Have own car and able to drive for work.
