Responsibilities
- Provide proactive inspection services for customer on-site equipment.
- Perform on-site maintenance of customer equipment and collect feedback on issues.
- Train customer maintenance personnel and manage equipment acceptance.
- Maintain and strengthen customer relationships.
- Train outsourced installation and debugging personnel.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Knowledge of tire structure and production technology.
- Understanding of advanced after-sales service management concepts and tools.
- Experience with debugging and maintaining tire machinery equipment.
- Familiarity with equipment structure, assembly, and maintenance.
- Basic understanding of fitting techniques.
- Willingness to undertake long-term domestic and international business trips.
