Job Summary:
We are a growing restaurant business dedicated to providing exceptional dining experiences. To further expand our reach and customer base, we are looking for a talented B2C Online Marketing Specialist to lead our marketing initiatives across digital or another media channels.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute B2C online marketing strategies that promote our restaurant through various digital platforms (social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, and online advertisements).
  • Implement marketing campaigns that align with the CEO's business vision and plans, ensuring growth in customer engagement and restaurant revenue.
  • Manage and monitor performance across digital channels, identifying trends and optimizing strategies to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create content and promotions that appeal to our target audience and enhance the customer experience.
  • Use data-driven insights to assess campaign performance and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Monitor competitors and market trends to ensure our strategies stay ahead of industry standards.
  • Report directly to the CEO on campaign outcomes, performance metrics, and growth strategies.


Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in B2C online marketing, preferably in the restaurant, hospitality, or food & beverage industries.
  • Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive business results.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and email marketing tools.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with data analysis and performance metrics to guide decision-making.
