Responsibilities
Observe and discuss with staff to collect
feedback regarding the current work process
Data collection, reporting, and analyzing unusual
activities in operations
Analyze operation process to identify areas of improvement
Propose the plan for management's approval
Work on different projects as assigned
Skills
Minimum experience of 1-2 years in Client Management,
Operation management, and project management in the
service industry
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
Strong communication skills
Good command of English Skill
Self-motivated, proactive person with a "Can do" attitude
